    Effective tool to eat mindfully

    I purchased the divided plate and one set of silverware. They come in a great silicone sleeve to easily throw in a lunchbox or purse. I was hesitant on this purchase but after one use, this is the most effective part of my Uba purchase. I can use smaller portions, but eating it fast just leaves you wanting and you feel deprived. This silverware set helps you enjoy the food, slow down and experience it and leaves you much more satisfied. This is crucial in eating smaller portions.
